E-BANKING INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STIMULI TO IMPROVE E-SATISFACTION AND E-LOYALTY M-BANKING IN INDONESIA

Rapid advances in technology and information have changed Intensity of business competition Indonesia currently increasing every day. The rapid development has had a developmental impact various fields, including the field payment systems buying selling transactions known as Mobile Banking or electric money E-money. E-money is non-cash facility that widely applied number countries world, Indonesia.Jenius Reinvented full control managing life finances simpler, smarter, safer way, from smartphone.This study aims to determine whether factors ofPrivacy Security, Apps Design, Customer Service E-Banking LoyaltythroughE-Banking Satisfaction. In this respondents collected were 200 user Jenius Surabaya according characteristics using snowball technique. Based on data analysis four proposed hypotheses, all hypotheses are supported.
